EcoMod Ltd was founded in Bilston to make modern modular living and energy-efficient building upgrades simpler, smarter and more reliable for UK clients.
We act as the client’s lead coordinator, compliance manager and delivery partner, bringing together manufacturers, consultants, installers, retrofit specialists and trades so each project is properly assessed, clearly planned and professionally managed from feasibility to handover. Bukola Afolabi
Bukola leads EcoMod’s planning, compliance and retrofit services, responsible for PAS 2035 retrofit coordination, building-control liaison, EPC improvement strategy, technical specifications, risk assessments and post-installation verification. She prepares planning support documentation, oversees technical sign-off and advises on funding routes and quality assurance for retrofit programmes.
Qualifications: BSc Building Technology; MSc Construction Management; PAS-aligned retrofit training; 10+ years in engineering, project management and retrofit coordination.
